Honoring
Ralph Lacher
Ralph Lacher was born and raised in the South Bronx and came to Los Angeles for a visit when he was 18. 62 years later he’s still here. Ralph’s creative talents, which he considers a gift from HaShem, guided his education and entrepreneurship in businesses from Advertising; Design and product development to international manufacturing and marketing.
Ralph was always a very proud and nationalistic Jew. However his deepened connection to Jewish learning and spiritual sensitivity was rekindled after his first JMI Israel trip in 2015. He is clear that his renewed connection to Judaism has elevated his already abundant and meaningful life to an even more fruitful plateau. Ralph has been an active participant and supporter of AISH and places enormous value on each member of this awesome and ever growing JMI brotherhood. Ralph and his wife Jackie live in Calabasas and have been blessed with three amazing and devoted daughters, three fantastic and caring sons-in-law and 12 loving grandchildren who Ralph considers his most valuable dividend in life.
Lisa Richards
Lisa has been living in LA with her husband, Scott, for the last 38 years. She spent 12 years teaching first grade boys at Yeshiva Ohr Eliyahu. In 2014, Lisa joined the JWI and since then has been on 4 Trips to Israel as a City Leader and has taught numerous monthly Growth groups. She is currently the Director of Education.
When she is not involved with the JWI, she enjoys exercising, going on adventures with Scott, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Isaac Davidi
Isaac Davidi grew up in Holon, Israel until he moved to Los Angeles at the age of 7. For the past 15 years, Isaac has been the founder and president of OnTrack Property, a real estate acquisition and development firm. He loves his extremely challenging and rewarding work because he’s able to transform potential into beauty. Isaac’s passion is to build–whether it’s transforming a tear down into a beautiful home, building a cutting edge community building program, or building growth oriented-relationships with individuals.
Isaac has been involved with Rabbi Yitz Jacobs and Dalia Partouche’s program at Aish LA since 2009. He has served as chairman of MyAish’s Executive Board, participated in multiple Israel & Poland trips, Shabbatons, classes, as well as spent significant time studying Torah in Jerusalem. He became an active partner with Rabbi Jack and Shira Melul’s AishLit program when they moved to LA in 2018 as well. He helped the Melul’s acquire and renovate an amazing home to serve as a satellite Aish location.
Torah has helped Isaac truly transform his values, his relationships, and his view of life. He took very seriously the idea of giving back and has become a top donor and strategic advisor.
